All of the products at Happy Camper are made to order to save on inventory. We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (sweaters, shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (pillows, bags, etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made these tables to help you out.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
|USA||3-5 business days via USPS|
|Canada||5-10 business days without tracking|
|Worldwide||10-20 business days without tracking|
We provide all options available to us through Shopify. That includes Apple Pay, credit card, and PayPal payments.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a very unique return/exchange policy depending on your reason for the return shipment. Please see our returns page.
All of our products with the exception of the Short Sleeve tees within the Women's section of the shop are unisex sizing. This means they are a "women's cut" and will be slimmer and smaller fitting. If you like the design of a shirt, but do not like the slimmer cut, please go check in the Men's section of the shop for a more relaxed unisex size of the same shirt.
Where are Happy Camper products made?
+ Happy Camper is an American owned and operated company. Our graphics are designed in Grand Rapids, MI, and printed in Los Angeles, CA. Happy Camper products are constructed mainly offshore with a few items that are produced in the U.S.A. The manufacturers we partner with abide by strict rules and regulations ensuring our garments are ethically sourced and produced in a sweat-shop free environment.
I want 'X' design with 'Y' color on 'Z' style of apparel!
+ We have tried hundreds of different color combinations, but some just slip our mind. If you want one of our designs in a special color, size, or style of apparel... just contact us on our Contact Us page or at email@example.com with the custom design specifications and we will probably be able to make it work for you!
I wrote my shipping address wrong; who do I contact to fix it?
+ Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: Your name, order number, and the correct address you'd like us to use!
+ We will do our best to fix your address but if the item has already shipped, it is very hard for us to redirect your package.
How should I wash my printed garments?
+ Because Direct to Garment (DTG) printing is the design bonding to the glue (pre-treatment) and not the actual shirt, washing incorrectly can result in excessive damage to the printed design.
+ While the manufacturers do provide washing instructions, these do not necessarily take into account the added print on the garment. We suggest using the follow instructions when washing your garment:
*Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Only non-chlorine bleach, when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.*
+ Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and high temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
The area around the print feels stiff, why is that?
+ Our Happy Camper apparel products are printed with a variety of printing techniques to give you the highest quality print. Sometimes with complex designs we have to preform a Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing and the negative space around the print will feel a little stiff. This comes out with a simple wash and will feel super comfy and soft as ever!
Who do I contact for wholesale inquiries?
+ Please contact email@example.com with a brief description of your business, links to your social media, and website. We'll reach out to you as soon as possible.
